• CLOUD 9 Backpackers is close to all of the best attractions in Brisbane including Roma Street Parklands, Southbank Parklands and its famous man-made beach, plus we are only 300 metres away from the Transit Centre, the main arrival point for Backpackers into Brisbane. The Queen Street Mall is a 10 minute walk away and a great start to exploring the inner city.

• Our Backpacker Resort is very new so everything is in excellent condition and not tired or run down.We have spent a lot of money on our beds, 5 star inner-spring mattresses and pillows as well as thermal and sound proofing to make sure that our valuable guests have a heavenly nights sleep.

• CLOUD 9 is very secure and clean. Our reception is open 24 hours a day. We use an electronic card-key system which controls who can access each room and a digital video surveillance system. Cloud 9 Backpackers has been designed as truely environmentally friendly with 45000 litres of rainwater storage and many other green initiatives.

• Our guests love our high angled ceilings in most rooms, funky feature wall colours and sleek low voltage downlighting. Our bar is housed in a 150 year old warehouse with very funky décor and a great vibe.
